What areas do you cover?
We cover the South East and London, within roughly 100 miles of our base. That includes towns across Kent, Surrey, and the wider South East, as well as Greater London. If you are unsure whether we reach you, get in touch and we will confirm.
Do you install wall mounted units only?
Wall mounted systems are our speciality for both homes and businesses, because they suit most rooms, run quietly, and keep the indoor unit out of the way. If your space needs a different approach we will tell you honestly during the survey.
Can one system both cool and heat?
Yes. Modern wall mounted air conditioning units cool in summer and heat in winter from the same system, often far more efficiently than a traditional plug in heater. It is one of the main reasons our customers use them all year round.
How long does an installation take?
A single split system in one room is usually completed within a day. Multi split systems across several rooms can take longer depending on access and pipe runs. We give you a clear timescale with your quote so you know what to expect.
Do you offer servicing and maintenance?
We do. Regular servicing keeps your system efficient, protects your warranty, and catches small issues before they become expensive. We offer one off services and ongoing maintenance plans for homes and businesses.
